News from across the Nation:
FOUND- Thank you to Emily Briddell of Maryland for
answering my question about the Quaker Meetinghouse. In her research she found
that the probable site of the
Meetinghouse that George Brickhouse donated to the
Quakers is in Franktown, VA where the Franktown Methodist Church now
stands. If anyone is interested in the
visiting this site, let me know, Emily kindly included a map in her letter.
LOST LYDIA- I’m hoping someone can help me out with this one, I
received an email asking about a Lydia Brickhouse from Nash Co., born around
1713 that married George Nicholson. I cannot find her in the charts and I’m
wondering if she is from another Brickhouse line. Does anyone have any
information on her?
A Picture is worth a thousand words- Does anyone have pictures of
the Waddle family that predate 1900? If so, please email Jeanette Wheeler at
gasladysocal@msn.com.
Across the World- David Brickhouse is serving in the army as a
Physician’s Assistant in Germany after spending 8 months in Iraq. Best wishes
to him and his family and thank you for serving our country!

and Ryan Housh of South Dakota and Amanda Kern of Pennsylvania graduate this
year, best of luck with your future plans!
